How We Work:

Content:

Before proceeding with the translation of your website, we generally adopt one of the following two approaches.

1. The content to be translated can either be sent to us with all encoding or markup languages removed (.txt, .doc, .rtf) or;
2. We proceed directly with the translation of the sources files (.asp, .htm(l), .php, .xml, java and many more).

In the latter case, we are sent the source files and perform a word count and send the details to confirm this count and/or delete unnecessary files (the word count will not include tags or commands). We then confirm our final price with all our clients before engaging our services.

Graphics:

Regarding the translation of your graphical elements (.jpg, .gif, .png, Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks), we either provide translation in an Excel spreadsheet so clients can localize the content in-house, or we perform this task. If this is outsourced to us, we are sent the source files (.psd, .fla, .ai, .png) and ensure that all graphics files are adapted correctly and perfectly fit the original layout and design of the website.
